Individual impact
We expect that every team member has some sort of impact on the progress of our roadmaps. Especially by interacting with each other and coming up with innovative ideas and directions the team members will be of great influence on future decisions.
Holst Centre fosters the individual talents through a fair performance review process, with clear individual goals & objectives, in a way that each team member can see the impact on the success of the organization.
Logging the careers of the team members also means looking for future growth opportunities for the team members, offering special programs, training etc. The excellent training facilities offered by IMEC and TNO are available to Holst Centre staff.
Individual coaching sessions are offered, to assist people with their embedding in the organization and – where necessary - getting used to working with industrial partners.
The performance review process of the guest researchers from the industry is done with input from the team leader in Holst Centre and their team leader of the company where they are employed. This input is highly appreciated by the industry.
The same goes for the PhD-students, who will be present in Holst Centre for the duration of four years. They are also included in the performance review track that is then shared with their promoter/co-promotor at the university.
